I am doing this to inspire, share and inform you.
As I’ve learned so much…
I’ll reveal some of the struggles I overcame,
The lessons I learned,
And the incredible gift this transformation has given me.
I have started my journey on 1st September 2018.I was fat and weigh 106 kgs. I was depressed with my looks as nothing worked for my body and stopped going to gym. Then one day while surfing on an internet I watched some transformational videos and realized it’s not only gym but you have to take care of your eating habits as well. During my journey to get fit I’ve been going through different experiments with my diet and my workout habits. To lose weight I have to eat clean and cut out my calories. Many de-motivated me that you will remain like this forever. But I kept on struggling. I read 1000 blogs and articles to know more about human body. It has taught me an incredible amount about my body and overall health.
Please let my tips be your inspiration and motivation to find the inner-power and believe you can achieve anything you want! I used to think that every person on the world could be skinny and fit, but it would never be me, who’s feeling happy now. Well, I still have my uncertainties but I have a better self-esteem than ever before. Why? I took care of myself!
I lost 28kgs in 4 months. My skin has cleared up, my mind is in the best place ever, I’m feeling energized all day and wake up before my alarm, I eat clean, I run, I lift weights, I have muscles and strength: I sparkle with my body and mind. Guys, achieving and maintaining a healthy and fit body takes time, patience and consistency, but it’s so worth every day working for it! Now I have a visible six-pack. Every month I changed my diet and workout pattern.

After Transformation I contacted Saijal Jain who furthered helped me with her views and I followed that and she helped me to write my transformation blog. If you can’t do it yourself don’t sit at home, join yoga, gym etc and with the help of good dietician transform your body.
