When you see Shraddha Kapoor in an advertisement having green tea, her face expressions are ☺ and when you will have it I know you won’t have that face expressions due to taste 😉 because “Nothing tastes as good as being fit feels”
I personally love two types of green tea-
- ORGANIC GREEN TEA– I take this with honey and moreover I use this as a beauty treatment as well☺. For asking questions on this you can write on my blog.
- GIRNAR KAHWA DETOX GREEN TEA– I take this without honey and Love the fragrance. I share you my family experience of this green tea. My dad doesn’t like the taste of green tea and when one day I made this green tea, he loved the taste actually and now he himself make excuses to have one as the taste of it can’t keeps you away.
One can take 2 cups of green tea in a day. I take one after getting up in the morning and one cup in the night after dinner (half an hour after dinner)
You can also have Green tea whenever you are at work and feel like having some tea or coffee so instead of having you can carry this in your bag and make a green tea for you. You only need hot water for this and dip the bag in a cup of green tea. This also helps in reducing weight.
Whenever I am suffering from cough, cold or fever I take 3 cups of green tea a day which makes me feel better. In some studies green tea has been shown to inhibit the spread of many diseases. This will also reduce constipation and gastric problems as well.
